In my silence, you resound

A poem from the Ascension series

In my silence, you resound
In my tears, you shine
In my words, you flourish
Through my fears, you vanish

In my laughter, you ring
In my warmth, you dwell
In my habits, you live
Through my shadows, you perish

In my skin, you lay
In my mind, you weep
In my sex, you smile
Through my faults, you famish

My brother of life, my flame
What every love poem ever aspired to
You inspire

My lovely tornado
Cosmic companion
Destination unknown
And who cares?
