Summer orgy

Anne-Christine Loranger
2 min readJul 20, 2024

A pest-fighting poem from the Rumbles from the Grinder series

They came. Oh! How they came quickly!
Invading my sacred space
Devils with a cause
In the rising light, shiny
As delightful and breezy
As a Monster Truck convention
In a Bonzai garden

I feel helpless witnessing,
Their glorious orgying
Twosomes, threesomes,
Even a foursome nest!
Gargatuesque lovemaking
Among the graceful stems
Of my bamboo forest

Japanese Scarab by Anne-Christine Loranger, 2024

Every day, I am made into the Great Inquisitor
Hair on fire
With no prayer sticks
Over a village of heretics
Humping joyously
Unapologetically
In full cinematics

Fornicating on the asparagus
And fucking them up
Fully boozed-up
Plunderer emeritus
Spreading on the beans
Munching on the roses
And tasting the blueberries
Like ravenous monkeys
